Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-20 (draft, pending legal review)

1. Who processes your data

sinoboom.ge is operated by RB Smart Build LLC (identification code 405871114, 4/6 Chiatura St., 5th floor, Tbilisi), the official Sinoboom distributor in Georgia. For any questions about personal data, email sales@rbsmartbuild.com.

2. What data we receive

  • From forms on the site: name, phone, company, email, machine model, serial number and your message — only what you enter yourself.
  • Via messengers: if you contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we see your number and messenger name.
  • Cookies: those needed for the site to work (e.g. your language choice). Visit statistics only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

3. Why

  • to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
  • to arrange equipment delivery, service or spare parts;
  • to improve the site (anonymised statistics, with your consent).

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit a form, and the preparation and performance of a contract if you become our customer.

5. Who receives the data

  • our staff handling your enquiry;
  • the manufacturer, Sinoboom — only where needed for delivery, warranty or parts (model, serial number, contact details);
  • the site's technical providers (hosting, email delivery).

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a deal are kept for no longer than 2 years. Customer data is kept as long as the contract and Georgian law require.

7. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or withdraw your consent. To do so, email sales@rbsmartbuild.com. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

8. Cookies

You can refuse non-essential cookies in the banner or in your browser settings — the site will keep working.

9. Changes

Any new version is published on this page with its update date.
